Another "create-a-" contest. In this contest as it says you can create your own jutsu. Like the others contests this one will have a template that you should follow. There are a few rules to the contest. For one there is NO RaseChidori or anything mental like that because come on people, a combination of Rasengan and Chidori is not possible. You would not have enough chakra even with a tailed demon inside of you. Rule #2: Absolutely NO copying and editing anyone's jutsu. If I (NickUchiha) or Itachi_333 see any copying we will go with the one that has been created first and will disqualify the copycat. Last rule, have fun.
